What Is Membership Primary Care?
Membership primary care gives you an ongoing relationship with your primary care provider for a predictable monthly fee—without billing insurance for your membership.
Your membership includes:
- Annual Wellness & Health Planning Visit
- Sick and acute care
- Preventive care and routine screenings
- Chronic condition management
- Routine medication management
- Telehealth when appropriate
- Secure patient messaging
- Routine lab review
- Referrals and care coordination
Founding Member Pricing
A more personal approach to primary care—with special Founding Member pricing locked in while your membership remains continuously active.
INDIVIDUAL — $129/month
TWO ADULTS — $239/month
CHILDREN AGES 2–17 — $59/month each
$0 enrollment fee
Limited to the first 75 adult memberships. Founding enrollment ends December 31, 2026, or when 75 adult memberships are reached—whichever comes first.
How Your Membership Works
Each enrolled member receives:
- 1 Annual Wellness & Health Planning Visit
- Up to 12 member-initiated primary care visits per membership year
- Provider-directed, clinically necessary follow-up visits do not count toward the 12
- Additional visits beyond the 12 are available at the $50 Member Visit Rate
- Your membership year begins on your individual activation date
Insurance & Additional Costs
ME Wellness does not bill insurance for your membership or included primary care services. You may still use your health insurance for outside services, depending on your plan.
Not included in your membership fee:
Prescriptions, labs, imaging, vaccines, specialist care, hospital/emergency care, certain procedures/materials, and ME Wellness specialty services such as functional medicine, hormone therapy, weight management, peptides, and aesthetics.
Your membership is designed to complement—not replace—health insurance.
